This will require a lot of education. Individuals with disabilities and with other vulnerabilities (ex. Criminal record, DV/abuse, homelessness, etc.) who are (re-)entering the workforce will need a robust education on warning signs, things to look out for, and their rights. Does something sound too good to be true? Are you work circumstances changing overtime? Etc. Equip the most vulnerable with the knowledge to notice when things get weird (and before they get too odd). Training programs should be required to educate participants on their rights and how to report violations/get help.
